Terms of use

Last updated : July 17, 2026

The rules governing use of the mirrorfloww.com website and the FFloww software. By creating an account, downloading, or using the Service, you accept these terms in full without reservation.

1. Purpose

These Terms of Use (hereinafter the "Terms") govern access to and use of the FFloww service available at https://mirrorfloww.com and through the associated Windows application (hereinafter the "Service").

The Service is published by the publisher identified in the legal notice (hereinafter "the Publisher").

2. Description of the Service

FFloww provides visual reproductions (interface clones, "demo dashboards") of third-party professional platforms, including Infloww.

These are purely graphical simulations: the user enters their own figures in a faithful copy of the relevant interface. No real functionality (payments, messaging, automation, banking integration, connection to a third-party account, etc.) is operational.

Displayed data is simulated, entered, or generated by the user. It does not come from any platform, real account, or authentic external source. Exports (PDF, CSV, screenshots) include a demo notice.

As simulations, minor visual differences from the original interface (labels, spacing, recent updates to the reproduced platform) are inherent to the nature of the Service and do not constitute a defect. The Service is provided "as is", as described and presented before subscription.

3. Strictly non-deceptive use

Dashboards offered by FFloww are visual demonstrations only. The user formally undertakes never to use them for deceptive purposes. The following are prohibited, including but not limited to:

  • presenting a FFloww demo as an authentic dashboard of the reproduced platform or a third-party service;
  • misleading a client, partner, investor, bank, authority, or any third party by presenting these screens as proof of revenue, subscribers, sales, or any other real metric;
  • publishing these screens on social media, in a commercial presentation, or on any public medium while suggesting that the displayed figures reflect real activity;
  • impersonating a creator, brand, agency, or company through these simulations;
  • removing, hiding, altering, or circumventing demo notices built into the Service and its exports;
  • using the Service in connection with fraud, scams, money laundering, or any other unlawful act.

Any deceptive use results in immediate suspension of the account without refund and, where applicable, reporting to the competent authorities. The user remains solely responsible for their use and indemnifies the Publisher against any third-party claim arising from deceptive or unlawful use.

4. Account creation

Full access to the Service requires creating a user account. The account created on the website can be used in the Windows application with the same credentials.

The user undertakes to provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information and to keep their credentials confidential. Any activity performed from the account is deemed to have been carried out by the account holder.

Only one personal account per user is permitted. Account sharing, resale, or rental of access is strictly prohibited.

5. Pricing and payment

Full access to the application is offered through a single subscription, granting access to the entire Service. Current prices (from 69/month, or the annual rate displayed on the site) and commitment terms are shown on the Pricing page before payment is confirmed.

Payments are processed by Stripe, a secure third-party provider. The Publisher does not store any banking data. Paid subscriptions renew automatically and may be cancelled at any time from the Stripe customer portal ("Manage my subscription") or the My account page.

The user undertakes to use the same email address at checkout as that of their FFloww account, so the subscription is linked correctly.

6. Right of withdrawal and refunds

Under Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium or contracts for digital services, where performance has begun with the consumer's express agreement and express waiver of the right of withdrawal.

By subscribing and requesting immediate access to the Service (download, activation, connection to the application), the user gives express consent to immediate performance of the Service and acknowledges forfeiting their right of withdrawal upon activation of access. This waiver is collected at checkout and confirmed by email on a durable medium.

Subject to cases provided by law, amounts paid are non-refundable, including in cases of simple dissatisfaction, non-use of the Service, or cancellation during the current billing period. Cancellation stops automatic renewal without entitlement to a refund for the current period.

Any exceptional request may be sent to business@mirrorfloww.com and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, without creating an obligation to refund.

7. Trademarks and intellectual property

The names, logos, and visual identities of reproduced platforms (Infloww and any other represented platform) remain the exclusive property of their respective owners. FFloww is not affiliated with, partnered with, or approved by any of these platforms.

Source code, design, text, animations, screenshots, illustrations, the FFloww logo, and all elements specific to the Service are protected by the French Intellectual Property Code (Articles L.111-1 et seq.) and international copyright law.

7.1. Reproduction and copying strictly prohibited

The following are expressly prohibited without prior written authorization from the Publisher and may constitute infringement (Article L.335-2 of the French Intellectual Property Code, up to 3 years' imprisonment and a €300,000 fine):

  • total or partial reproduction of code, assets, animations, UI components, or any graphic element of the Service;
  • republication, distribution, or public availability of the Service or a substantial part thereof (competing site, social media, downloadable files, videos);
  • use of screenshots, videos, or animations of the Service for unauthorized commercial or advertising purposes;
  • creation of derivative products or services, including resale of interface clones to third parties.

7.2. Scraping, automation, and data collection

The user, and any third party acting on their behalf, is prohibited from:

  • using robots, crawlers, automated scripts, or similar tools to extract Service content;
  • systematically scraping Service pages, data, or assets;
  • circumventing technical protection measures (rate limiting, authentication controls, captchas, etc.).

Any violation exposes the offender to immediate blocking, termination without refund, and civil and criminal proceedings.

7.3. Reverse engineering prohibited

The user is prohibited from performing, or having a third party perform, any decompilation, disassembly, reverse engineering, or attempt to extract compiled code, algorithms, or business logic of the FFloww software, except in cases strictly authorized by Article L.122-6-1 of the French Intellectual Property Code (interoperability).

7.4. Traceability and marking

The Publisher reserves the right to integrate technical or visual markers in the Service (watermarks, metadata, anonymized session identifiers) to identify the origin of a leak or unauthorized distribution. Any attempt to remove, conceal, or falsify these markers constitutes circumvention of a technical protection measure within the meaning of Article L.331-5 of the French Intellectual Property Code.

7.5. Sanctions

In the event of a breach of Sections 3 and 7.1 to 7.4, the Publisher reserves the right to:

  • suspend or terminate the account without notice or refund;
  • send takedown notices (LCEN, DMCA, or equivalent) to hosts and search engines;
  • bring any civil action for infringement, unfair competition, or parasitism;
  • bring any criminal proceedings provided for in Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

8. License to use

The software is licensed under a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the duration of an active subscription. No transfer of intellectual property is made. The license may be revoked in the event of a breach of these Terms or upon end of subscription.

9. Availability and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and subject to availability. The Publisher uses reasonable means to ensure its operation but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete absence of errors, or absolute fidelity to updates of reproduced platforms.

The Publisher shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, loss of revenue, loss of profit, or moral prejudice resulting from use or inability to use the Service.

The Publisher's total liability, for all causes combined, is limited to the amount actually paid by the user during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the damage.

10. Personal data

Processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

11. Termination

The user may delete their account at any time from their personal area or by writing to business@mirrorfloww.com. The Publisher reserves the right to suspend or close any account in breach of these Terms, in particular Section 3.

12. Changes to the Terms

The Publisher may modify these Terms at any time. Users are informed by email or notification in the account area. Continued use of the Service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. Failing amicable resolution, any dispute relating to their validity, interpretation, or performance falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.

Under Articles L.611-1 and R.612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, consumer users may use a consumer mediator free of charge — see economie.gouv.fr/mediation-conso. Additional details in the legal notice.

14. Contact

Any question about these Terms may be sent to business@mirrorfloww.com or via the Contact page.
